Overview

Designing and Implementing Microsoft Azure Networking Solutions course is designed for network engineers aiming to specialize in Azure networking solutions. This intermediate-level course spans three days and is available in multiple languages, including English, French, German, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, and Korean.

Participants will learn to design, implement, and manage various Azure networking solutions, covering:

  • Core Azure networking infrastructure
  • Hybrid networking connections
  • Load balancing traffic
  • Network routing
  • Private access to Azure services
  • Network security
  • Monitoring

Audience

This course is tailored for network engineers responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing core Azure networking infrastructure
  • Establishing hybrid networking connections
  • Load balancing traffic
  • Managing network routing
  • Ensuring private access to Azure services
  • Overseeing network security and monitoring

Successful participants typically have experience in enterprise networking, whether on-premises or cloud-based, and possess knowledge in network security.

Prerequisites

Before attending, participants should have a solid understanding of:

  • On-premises virtualization technologies (e.g., VMs, virtual networking, virtual hard disks)
  • Network configurations, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and encryption technologies
  • Software-defined networking
  • Hybrid network connectivity methods, such as VPN
  • Resilience and disaster recovery concepts, including high availability and restore operations
